There is no sincerer love than the love of food. (Shaw)
We start our Culinary Tour at “Kunstmühle am Hofbräuhaus” – the only mill in Munich that is still in use nowadays. This mill provides the flour for the base during the following stops: The so so-called “Pfennigmuckerl”, a traditional munich bread roll.
Nearby is the Platzl-square of with the spice shop of star cook Alfons Schubeck. A speciality of the house is awaiting you here.
Now our culinary tour leads you on to Viktualienmarkt, the culinary heart of Munich. A hearty snack with home made “Obazda”, the typical local cream cheese, that is not to be missed in any bavarian snack meal. The tour ends with a sweet conclusion.
Man is what he eats.
